We always knew we were on to a winner with ‘Tuesdays With Bernie’, and now it’s official, courtesy of the recent IOIC (Institute of Internal Communications) 2018 Awards. As the proud creators of ‘Compliance and Ethics awareness campaigns employees don’t hate’ (a customer’s words), the ‘Game changer’ award seems somehow appropriate. Here’s a film we made that explains why we believe so strongly in using comedy to get your message across.

Turning over a new leaf
One of the great things about Tuesdays With Bernie is that any Season can be used as a set of stand-alone stories. In other words, you don’t need to have seen any of the previous Seasons to understand the current one. We’ve also come to realise that the recent Seasons (5&6) cover some of the most universal topics for companies around the world. In that spirit we’ve decided to do a one-off re-numbering exercise to reflect customer priorities. What we used to call Seasons 5 & 6 will now be known as Seasons 1 & 2. The existing Seasons have simply been renamed as Seasons 1-4 of ‘Tuesdays With Bernie: Trader Edition.’ Check out the new video for the front page of the website. It showcases some great ‘Bernie’ moments, and gives some insights on how the campaign is designed to address employee behaviour.
